"Thanks very much to Stephanie and Patty for coming along to Katana. We had a fantastic night at Katana; the food, atmosphere and especially the company was fantastic. We had a great time talking about our cats, and other people's cats, and lots of other things in general. It would be great to see more members at meetings, so I will try to change the days and times of meetings around so that everyone gets a chance to come along. Hope to see you soon."

The idea behind this group is gather cat lovers and owners of LONDON together to form a mutual group. The events organised will focus primarily on an interest in all things about cats, fun and friendship but future events will include information on caring for you loved furry ones from their births to end of life.
It is hoped in the future to also have special guests such as vets, breeders, etc present informative sessions on topics relevant to caring for cats. There may also be opportunity's to go to cat events/show (only fun ones, though-nothing boring for this group). We may also try to visit quirky and interesting cat places in London and surrounds (like Dick Whittington's cat memorial in Archway), as well as suggestions for quirky/funny cat websites.
Suggestions from group members are always welcome, and also if anyone else wants to share being an organiser please email me. Photos of cats, cat places, etc. very welcome. Lets make this a fantastic, interesting and fun London group.
We meet on the second Sunday of each month, generally in the afternoon (mainly because I am not a morning person). Each member is asked to contribute just £1 per meeting to cover the costs of this group website. Please note, I have no intention of making a profit from this group. If more than 20 members join, this cost will be reduced, so tell all your cat loving friends to get joining.
