    Starting tomorrow morning we'll be on 'The Artist's Way'.
    Having others on the same journey can be extremely helpful.

  • Hi Steph,

    One new habit 'The Artist's Way' encourages is the 'morning pages'. First thing each day you write longhand filling 3 pages with whatever is in your head.
    Very helpful for freeing your mind.

    I've heard people find the spin-offs so valuable it just becomes a normal part of everyday life.

    Once the course starts we can encourage + swap notes on how we are each progressing with this each Tue.

    Look forward to meeting you 1 Apr if you decide to join the course.
