This is an email I recieved on one of the sites I visit. Please help if you can.

We need good homes!
Can you help? We can live anywhere in the Chicago IL
suburbs. Parhaps you have some friends who can help us out here!

Our temporary "mom" is Suz, and she has tamed and adopted our
birth-mother, Pickles. We live in Buffalo Grove, IL. "Temporary Mom"
can't keep us all inside, and it gets cold outside here in the
Illinois winter. We are grateful that she feeds us, and bought us an
[UGH!] DOG house so that we can stay somewhat warm. But, what we
really want is a good home where we can stay inside and be loved and
snuggled. We were born in late April or early May, 2007.

I am Diablo, and my sister(s) said that I should write this letter.
I'm a big, loveable black-and-white boy. Temporary Mom calls me the
Love Lump. Even though I was born feral, I have become very used to
humans. I love to be petted and picked up and held like a baby. I'm
a big guy who weighs about 17 lbs; I measure 24" from the tip of my
nose to the base of my tail. I even let my Temporary Mom measure my
wrists just above my paws, and my wrists are 3" around! But, I'm not
fat ... I'm just a big, BIG Love Lump ... er, boy.

My sisters are not as tame as me. Tigeroo is almost as big as me, but
not quite. She doesn't like to be picked up - - but, secretly I think
she would like to be someday. She does let people pet her once in a
while. Tigeroo is a brown and black striped gal. She has beautiful
eyes, and will roll over on her back as though she wants you to pet
her tummy ... then, just as you reach down she runs away, looking over
her shoulder and laughing as she says, "Try to catch me!" Sigh ...
I'm a boy, I just don't understand girls.

I have another sister, VanGogh. Temporary Mom named her because she
is all black, except for the tip of her tail which is white and looks
like she dipped it into a can of white paint ... as if she was getting
ready to paint a picture, just like the earless artist, VanGogh.
She's really shy. She won't even come inside Temporary Mom's house,
and won't let anyone take her picture. She doesn't know what she's
missing by staying outside!

We hope that, even if you can't adopt us, you know of someone in the
Chicago area who can! We will need to be checked by a vet, get our
shots, and we will need to be neutered or spayed (
http://www.friendso... fanimals. org ). However, we should NOT be declawed
- - YUK! how would YOU like the ends of your fingers cut off ???? {

Our sister Tweetie-Pie has already been adopted. If you can help us
out, please email our Temporary Mom at LiLSuzQ32@aol. com. She has
some pictures she can send you, too!

Love and hugs from the Love Lump,

xxxxx Diablo ooooo
